Delivery Guide

At Flowerdose, we pride ourselves on delivering your blooms with care and on time. Please review our delivery details below before placing your order. We currently deliver to suburbs within a 35km radius of our flowerdose studio in camberwell. If your location isn’t available at checkout, please reach out to us at hello@flowerdose.com.au —custom delivery can often be arranged upon request.

Monday – Friday Delivery

  • Same-day delivery is available for orders placed by 1:00pm.
  • Deliveries will be completed before 5:00pm to the designated address.

Saturday Delivery

  • Same-day delivery is available for orders placed by 11:00am.
  • Deliveries will be completed before 5:00pm.

Delivery Completion

We aim to have all flower deliveries completed by 5:00 pm each day.

Public Holidays

Please note, we do not deliver on public holidays.

Secure Addresses & Unsuccessful Deliveries

It is the purchaser’s responsibility to ensure that deliveries to secure addresses (e.g., apartments, units, offices) can be received by the recipient or we have access to leave it in a secure/safe place.

  • If delivery is unsuccessful, Flowerdose will contact the purchaser to arrange a suitable redelivery time.
  • Redeliveries will incur an additional fee.
  • All unsuccessful deliveries will result in goods being returned to Flowerdose, with additional costs charged to the purchaser.

Orders Containing Alcohol

  • Orders containing alcohol cannot be left unattended.
  • Alcohol will not be delivered to, or accepted by, anyone under 18 years of age.
  • If no one is available at the delivery address to sign for the order, the order will be returned to the studio and a redelivery fee will apply.
